Two of Texas Eta’s sophomores, Kendall King and Margaret Fleming (pictured from left to right), are members of the Texas A&M Women’s Club Soccer team. The pair, who are also roommates in the Pi Phi house, both joined the team after a week-long tryout at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year. They practice 3 times a week and have attended various tournaments throughout the year, one of which was in Santa Barbara, California. Kendall and Margaret both said their favorite part of being on the team is the friends they have made and are both very thankful for the chance to play soccer competitively in college. In addition to their commitment to the Club Soccer team, Kendall and Margaret are also dedicated students in the Business Honors program and have both been involved in leadership positions in Pi Phi, Kendall as a Songfest Chair, and Margaret as a New Member Educator. So basically they’re rockstars! Thank you Kendall and Margaret for all that you do!
